Newport County YMCA CEO Mike Miller, members of his staff and employees of Gray Matter Marketing volunteered to hang snow fencing atEaston Beach in Newport today. These measures are being put into place to protect the dunes during the annual Carnival held by Rockwell Amusements & Promotions. The YMCA is a charitable beneficiary of the event.
